Florida Bound

Florida bound the wife and our seven children are getting excited about travelling to Kissimmee just by Walt Disney World USA.

We were in the USA in late January and the begining of February.

It was our first time, but we cannot wait to ge back to the sunshine having endured the snow and thoroughly inclement weather here in the UK.

It is our intention to purchase a vacation rental home in the area, hopefully in the Emerald Island Resort or Formosa Gardens, we did have a sneak preview of these two subdivisions whilst there before. Strategically placed just 5 minutes from the Disney theme parks and approx 20 mins from the other major attractions of Sea World and Universal Studios and Islands od Adventure. We used the villa site of Fabvillas who can be found on http://www.fabvillas.com the staff there knew we hadnt travelled to the USA before and made every effort to make sure our trip went without a hitch.

I am not sure what the procedure is when buying a house in the USA but I expect I will be guided by an estate agent or whatever they may be called in America.

Once we buy the house we will need to get some furniture but that will give us an excuse to stay longer. May in Florida is supposed to be very pleasant, so will try to hang it out for the full 90 days allowed on the visa.

I hope that we will be able to rent out the house when we are not using it. Everybody else seems to be doing it.

Forbes magazine’s annual survey of billionaires reveals that of the 691 names on the list (up from 587 last year), only 10 are single guys. So who is this mystery Billionaire Playboy anyway?

The single boys include 21-year-old German prince Albert von Turn und Taxis; Stefan Quandt, the 39-year-old heir to the BMW fortune; and Google boys Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

The billionaires’ combined net worth was $US2.2 trillion ($A2.78 trillion). Microsoft’s William Gates III topped the list for the 11th year, with $US46.5 billion. Close behind was investment guru Warren Buffett with $US44 billion. It couldnt be Warren he has made arrangements to take his money with him and he is probably getting to old anyway and I dont think he ever had an eye for the ladies.

Media mogul Kerry Packer, worth $US5 billion, is the richest Australian and ranks 94th. Shopping centre king Frank Lowy ranks 151st, with $US3.6 billion, and Richard Pratt, at No. 321, is worth $US2 billion.

Maybe our Billionaire Playboy can be found amongst the new faces anxious to enjoy his new found fortune! New billionaires include Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google, Ray Dolby, founder of Dolby Laboratories, Brazilian beer barons Carlos Sicupira and Marcel Telles, and Lebanon’s Saad Hariri. Just to name a few.

So is our mystery Playboy married? Maybe so because there are only 10 single gentlemen billionaires in the world!

He Couldnt be Donald Trump he just got married, Richard Branson? What about Paul Allen? Isnt Paul still the reclusive billionaire bachelor? Or maybe Larry Ellison? Well whoever the mystery Billionaire Playboy is rumor has it that he is looking to hook up with the Worlds Top Playboy Elvis Preston King. Elvis has more young beautiful girls than any man on the planet. Estimated to be at over 1000 girlfriends! Talk about mystery Is the worlds number 1 playboys real name really Elvis Preston King. Who is this guy anyway?

To keep abreast of the mystery keep your fingers close to your keyboard and do an occasional Google search for Elvis Preston King and the Billionaire Playboy! No, he couldnt be Larry Page or Sergy Brin!!! Could he? Elvis Preston King loves Google!
